Before production, we check the foam formula to ensure the good beginning.We have designated quality control people at different production stages.After finished the production, we will do a series tests such as pull, tear strength etc. We check the final product quality of every shipment to our customer.
As we have stated above, we also are strict with the heavy metal contents. We have the RSL test done for all our products at a recognized lab.
