Q-1: How to buy the stocklots and what's the business procedure?
A:The business procedure goes like this,
1. You can visit our website.
2. Pls send the inquiry letter to us online or by email. Then we will send you updated stock list for selection.
3. After quotes or samples approved, pls list the style/qty you want, then we can make a PI for approval.
4. orders firmed, please arrange payment, we can arrange delivery for you at 1st vessel after payment.
5. Re-labelling, if requested, will be processed, but the re-label/repacking costs should be compensated.
6. we can support export/shipping(CIF). If you nominate a forwarder(Exw or Fob), it is ok too.
7. after loading container, will show the loading photos, and a full set of documents will be sent to you.
Q-2: What's the MOQ? Can we take small quantity? Can we order different stock lots into one container?
A:MOQ is 20GP or 40’ HQ, if load flip flops, 20’ = 28000prs, 40’HQ = 65000prs.
We are focus in big stock lot, can’t take small order, such as 20prs, 150prs.
It is ok to order several styles to fulfill a container.
Q-3: how much do we need to pay for samples?
A:samples freely within 3 styles. Courier costs you pay.
If more than 3 styles, pls talk on line or email, our service will quote you based on your sample list and to your country courier costs.
Q-4: Can you change the labels or tags?
A:Yes, it is ok. Pls talk on line or email, our service will quote you based on your detailed label or re-packing requests. The market usually request to put on hangers/hang-tag/barcode sticker label, to be convenient for their sales in the store chains. We would support, but it will take days and charges which need compensated.
Q-5: What are the reasons for the stock lots?
A:Stock lots result from various reasons. The main reasons are:
1.Production delayed, buyer canceled
2.Buyer’s financial issues.
3.Buyer has critical quality standard, not allow the minor defects too much, such as trimming, wrinkle, but production can’t avoid.
4.Production differs from original design/colors/shoe length/print/etc,buyer rejected.
5.Lab test fail, such as: color fastness/metal accessories not match up with European standard, etc.We can guarantee that the stocklots are in good condition in our warehouse. If any minor defects, will keep you posted in advance.
Q-6: What can I pay?
A:We mostly accept T/T 100% paid before delivery. Since we are dealing with ready-made goods and the delivery time will be as short as 7 days. once you pay, deliver the next week. Very efficient.
