1. Is your product customizable?
Yes, Bohao had customized thousands of keypad for the past 7 years, word on remote control, POS machine, password input device, household appliances, instruments, large merchanisms... Molding, screen printing, spraying, laser carving, glue, bonding assembly and so on can be completed by the our-self independently.
2. Do you have any test for quality?
Of course, sophisticated round of group testing equipment to provide relevant data about our silicone products, one on each proudct, the BOHAO has several rigorous quality inspection standards.
3. How long it will take to mold design?
It depends on what silica gel structure, conventional sample mold 3-7 days, production mold 7-12days, plastic mold 14-25 days.
4. What is the defference between the sample mold and proudction mold?
Mold material is the same, the sample mold can be modified and costing less than production mold but cant mass production it's more like a draft.
5. about our quotation?
Because different kinds of mold have different price, we may request information about the comprehensive pitures, size, weight, technology and orders of the product. It's will be perfect if you ca provide 3D drawing files or send the samples. based on the information supplied we can quoted price within 24 hours.
