Zinc powder brand InstZn
We produce ultra-fine zinc powder brand InstZn, similar to zinc powders, imported from Belgium, Germany, South Africa, South Korea.
Our powder is above European analogs in quality. Powder particle shape is round.



- Zinc powder brand PZR
From 2012 we have launched our own production of zinc powder brands PZR-0, PZR-1, PZR-2, PZR-4, PZR-6.
Zinc powder is produced according to GOST 12601-76, differs in high quality of raw materials, strict control of the technological process and is certified.



- Zinc-based alloys (GOST 19424-97)
Industrial zinc alloys have been developed based on Zn-Al and Zn-Al-Cu systems. Stamps and chemical composition are presented in the table.

Zinc alloy application area
in the automotive industry for casting carburetor bodies, pumps, speedometers, radiator grilles, hydraulic brake components;
in other industries, household appliances for casting parts of appliances, housings, fittings.

We produce up to 10 000 tons of zinc powder per year.
Production and the commercial firm started its activities in 2004. For 12 years our company has grown into a company with a powerful production base area of 30000 sq.m., producing zinc powders and zinc alloys, with a staff of more than 100 people.

The company is a new high-tech enterprise specializing in research, development, manufacture, and sales of fine zinc powder InstZn, sprayed zinc powders ПЦР, zinc alloys ZnAl4А, ZnAl4Cu3А, ZnAl4Cu1А, ЦАМ4-1, ЦА4. The bulk of our products includes ultra-fine zinc powder (InstZn) class of a size which varies in the range from 0 to 20 Micron, powder zinc sprayed (PZR).
