After the adjustments you did through the control panel that is capable of running sensitively the boiler will run automatically at its most productive and economic way. Thanks to its large silo (bunker), fuel feeding cover and ash removal cover, the fuel filling, flaring, ash removal transactions can be done easily.It is designed according to the three-pass combustion principle of the smoke tube .Thanks to its large volume of silos, it provides long-term feeding.Its efficiency is higher than manual systems.Auto-ignition combustion and ignition processes with the option of winning can be achieved automatically(optional).Custom-designed gear and wax protection systems and safety systems prevented the risk of back side (optional).From the digital control panel, desired boiler and air fan running heat, fuel loading and waiting durations, fan blowing speed can be adjusted by visionning clearly through the controller screen .The thermostat which is situated on the control pannel assures the automatic operation of the boiler at the adjusted heat.Thanks to the easily adjustable automatic fuel loading / standby system and the adjustable fan, the combustion air is distributed homogeneously within the combustion chamber, reaching the desired temperature quickly and providing a stable combustion.Since the fuel loading is made at the bottom by means of spiral, negativities such as flame fading have been removed. Heat isolation is great; top, back and side surfaces are isolated for heat losing.Special boiler plate is used in the combustion chamber.
