Product Description

1. Feeding product: to feed the products manually or automatically by additional feeder, or directly connect the packing machine with production line.
2. Conveying product: machine will convey the products by pushers of the chain.
3. Deliver film: to let the packing film run into the bag former smoothly.
4. Date printing: to print the dates information by additional printer device. Ink roll printer is standard option, Thermal Transfer Overprinter (TTO) is also available.
5. Tracking mark: to track the film’s color marks by a sensor and let the machine cut the correct bag length.
6. Bag forming: to form the film into a bag by the bag former. It’s adjustable to fit for different product sizes.
7. Vertical sealing:to clamp and seal the vertical sealing.
8. Cutting and sealing: to seal the end sealing and cut the bag. Can make round hole or euro hole on the package.
9. Nitrogen injection(optional): can connect with the nitrogen kit and inject the gas into the bag.
10. Output conveyor: convey the finished packages.
