Since its inception, the mission of DETAOHAI Furniture has been to create innovatively styled, high-quality customized mattress while adhering to a set of values that focus on their overseas customers.
In 2006,the founder Mei Zhenhua opened a 200 square metres factory in Longjiang Town,Shunde, hired 4 people, and began crafting mattress. The company grew year by year.
In 2018,Mr Mei recaptured an abandoned speedboat facility to create new corporate offices and manufacturing space for new DETAOHAI furniture , the place near the coast of Xijiang (West River , the main stream of Pear River which is the 3rd longest river in China). Its over 10,000 SQM offers an ample space for potential development.
The same year ,DETAOHAI Furniture started a new branch to craft sofas.
As DETAOHAI experienced the most tough time at the beginning of the Entrepreneurship, it will continue to focus on the people, the products, and the practices that have proven successful over the years. Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are factory and manufacturer. We export 80% of our mattresses to oversea market.
Q2:What about your factory MOQ?
A: If for the sample order, one piece is acceptable. If for the trail order, MOQ is 50pcs. If for OEM order, MOQ is one 20ft container.
Q3:What is your factory delivery time?
A: Normally, 20days for one 40HQ and 15days for one 20FT.
Q4: What's the structure of mattress would be best for sleeping?
A: Pls indicate what's the you'd prefer firm mattress, soft mattress, midium soft mattress, we'll recommend accordingly.
Q5: Can you make the mattress as per my needs ?
A: Sure, Can do any kind of mattress according to your requests as: Materail (Fabric,spring, foam ),colour(Customized), size(mattress size ), pattern(pillow top, euro top, zip disign, 3 folding etc), etc
