1) This rod holder clamps on so it's easy to rail mount without drilling hole in the boat,Clamp fits any rail between 1 " OD to 1-1/4" OD
2) The material is 316 and 316al with AISI standard , no rust .
3) Adjusts 360 degrees and locks at any angle,Simple to remove when not in use
4) 11 " Length 2 " ID tube with 1/4" 316 stainless steel pin inside,the pin across the bottom that keeps the rod from rotating
5) Rubber tipped end protects rods and soft black flange gasket protects boat rail.
