Mgo Board is useful for:
(MgO board) is a factory-made, non-insulating sheathing board product. It can be used for a number of applications including wall andceilinglinings, fascias, soffits, tile backing and underlayment.is alsoused structurally, as in bracing for walls and also semi-structurally, such as an underlayment for flooring. It is made primarily ofmagnesium oxide, and is commonly called MgO Board due to its chemical composition of magnesium oxide.

CompositionMgo Board is made by the above formula of chemicals. The stable magnesium celluloid is reinforced by glass fibre netting. It has the advantageous features of being light weight, strong, very low contraction properties, flexible yet impact resistant. It has excellent drainage properties, is fire resistant, and is very easy to work with. It can become waterproof by sealing it; corrosion proof and plasticity are better than wood, paper surface plaster board or gypsum board and cement fibre board. Most importantly Mgo board is cured without the use of any heating and thus using very little energy unlike gypsum board and cement fibre board. This makes it greener and although it is a product of the past is fast becoming the product of the future for these reasons.Production Flow

Perlite add the board's fire rate , and board's white , saw dust add the board 's bending strength .For the glass fiber mesh , this is control the board ' s bending strength and board's life . Mix machine , we use the automatice machine , this is best to mix the raw material , to control the board's back surface.Product Installation
