Product Description
ZigBee Control On/off Wall Mounted  Switch is a newly developed Smart Controlling device, designed by a delicate & fashionable ABS housing body & Tempered Glass; based on ZigBee 3.0 protocol, which compatible to ZLL gateways such as Philips Hue, Amazon Echo Plus, Ikea Tradfri, etc. It is used to control the ordinary LED lighting products or small power electrical appliances. With this switch module and ZigBee gateway, you can control the conventional lighting fixture at home through Voice or APP controlling.
△ Creat Rooms, divide your lamps/appliances into one or several rooms, to control the electrial appliances in each room together or seperately

△ Set the Scene, Scenes that automatically adjust to the lights in your room according to environment
△ Home or away, set time to turn on your lights automatically even you are away from home, as a reminder there's people at home

△ Wake up, set time to turn on light gently, to wake you up in the morning
After the wall control is installed, connect the gateway to the router. When the reset indicator flashes quickly, please follow the steps as below:
1. Enter the App.
2. Click "Light setup" ---> "add light" ---> "search".
3. If the paring is done, the reset indicator stops flashing, "on/off" shows in the App.
Click it, the top indicator will flash to tell you which switch you are controlling.
4. Assign it into a room and save it.

When the power is on, the light 1 is always on, and then enter the network status indication:
> Connecting: Light 1 flashes quickly
> Unconnected: Light 1 flashes slowly
> Connected: Light 1 is off
Notice: When the systerm is reset or the first time the power is turned on, the touch switch enters the connecting mode. If the connection is not performed within 60 seconds, the system enters into the unconnectable mode.

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 2-3 years warranty to our products.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.    Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity.
    For large defective products, we can arrange to repair them and resend them to you, or we can discuss the solution
    including re-call according to actual situation.
