3: What the Delivery time,Delivery term, packing term and warantee time ?
For delivery time, normally is about 20-40 days, based on quatity. For delivery term,we can using CIF/FOB/CNF.
and for packing term,please check our above products descriptions, we usually using exporting standard ply wooden boxes.
For quality gurantee , normally, company in china will give 12 month from the date of products ex-factory. that means, after delivery to port,and after the long delivery time via sea freight and so on. when good in your side, it already not enough for 12 month. maybe only 11month left. how to solve this ? if meet quality problem, who treat for it ?
