Productive Process
Traditional production process is vacuum forming technique.Use blown ceramic fiber as the raw material , add a certain percentage of binding agent, packing grade additives and fully scatter into a mud pool. Throw it into the forming pool by pump, and stir by compressed air. Put the mold into forming pool, and make the fiber pulp be absorbed on the mould by the principle of vacuuming. Control the time of adsorption ccurately, let fiber wet material get vacuum dehydration , and place it in the tray for drying oven drying 10 to 24 hours.
