Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Foshan, IMITO CASA is a new and young home furniture brand in China, with many Italy design concepts and ideas.In the past 4 years, IMITO CASA use a very short time to establish its own studio and factory as well as channel of distribution. Founders are 3 young people after 80s, one is designer with 15 years furniture design experience，one is furniture sales manager with 10 years trading experience and the other one is ex-soldier. discolored, and cracked. Correct way is, wring your rag out to be nearly dry before you clean it.

A11.We use good quality non-woven bag inside and reinforced cardboard carttons with clear labeling. We will give some packing
suggestions to our customers according to different situations.Q12: Can you give warranty of your products?
A12.Yes,our warranty period is 1 year but our furniture maintenance period is lifelong. It means, if there's any quality problems
caused by non-artificial reason, we will dispatch replacements at our cost to repair the products in the first year you receive
the furniture. From the second year, we can still offer the replacements for free but it needs customers to pay express fee.
Customers will be requsted to offer detailed images when making claims - send emails with detailed pictures to us and clarify what
happens.
