G.G make Precured pressesare used to produce strip precured tread for renovation of all kinds of worn out tyres. Retreading is most reliable, safe and cost-effective way to breathe new life into worn tyres.
The life of tyre which is moulded with precured tread is equivalent to new tyre. This process is widely used by large-scale transport operations with commercial light & heavy vehicles i.e., cars, trucks, buses, etc.
We are engaged in offering a high quality range of Precured Presses to the customers. The cylinders are made from solid steel bars and Rams are machined from solid steel ground & hard crome plated. Bearings that are fitted into the neck of these hydraulic presses are made up of phosphor-bronze and the stuffing box ring, which is bolted to the cylinder, is made using mild steel. Owing to their sturdy construction and ability to withstand pressure, these are widely demanded by the clients.
