IN LINE ROTARY PUNCHING UNIT TYPE RPU 150-

The in line electro-mechanical rotarypunching machine - type RPU has been designed as a stand-alone unit to bepositioned directly after the haul-off in the extrusion line. The structureconsists of a sturdy, electro-welded metal frame complete with adjustable feetand safety guards made of Plexiglas panels built in aluminium frames, with afront opening panel equipped with a safety micro switch. The machine complieswith the current EC norms.

2. ROTARY PUNCHING HEAD AND DIE

Themachine has two punching stationsfor the profiles extruded in dual strand. Each punching station is made up of 2 rotary ‘wheels’(upper and lower) that work together to punch the tile trims with the requiredpunching pattern.

Each punching unit is made up of a roller withpunches that punch through corresponding dies housed in another roller; the rotationof both rotary punches is synchronised and they are driven by an asynchronous motor. The motor is coupled to a gearbox that allows the speed to be varied withgreat accuracy.

The two rotary punches can be brought closertogether by means a manual adjustment system.

Each rotarypunching unit is capable of working at high extrusion speeds; e.g. 20-25 m orgreater. The mechanical drive mechanism of the machine will be upgraded topower two punching heads so that each one only has to produce at 15 m/mininstead of at maximum capacity.

The machine isalso equipped with adequate guides to guide the profile during the punchingprocess and with a scrap discharge container to collect the punch outs.

The machine isalso equipped with an electrical plant including a built in electrical cabinet, which can beopened on the operator side.

TERMS OF SALEThe contract and in general, the features of the object of the supply, can be modified in case it is necessary due to the customer’s technical specifications. In case of no communication from Baruffaldi Plastic Technology Srl within 1 week from the receipt of the customer’s technical specifications, the object of the supply will be considered as /confirm/ied. On the contrary, should it be necessary to make a significant modification due to the above mentioned technical specifications, the price will have to be negotiated again between the parts in good faith. Moreover, Baruffaldi Plastic Technology Srl reserves the right to modify components or parts of the object of the supply even after it has been /confirm/ied, under the provision that its technical characteristics and performance remain unvaried.CONFORMITY:
The execution of our machines complies with the current directive No. 89/392 on machinery and following amendments. All our machines are provided with the CE mark.INTERNAL COMMISSIonING (PRE-COMMISSIONING):
With your tile trims which, in case of order, are to be delivered to our site in Ferrara DDP Ferrara according to the specifications (quantity and deadline) indicated in our written request. In case of commissioning at the customer’s presence, this will be concluded with the signing of the acceptance protocol. In case of approval of the samples, in case of no reply within 1 week from the samples shipment date, the sampling will be considered to be accepted.COMMISSIonING AND START UP AT YOUR SITE:
Please see the conditions indicated on page 1 of the offer. For the Chalawan Plus profile, this is not considered necessary a Rehau technician will come to Baruffaldi in Ferrara, Italy for training.NB: In case of serious breakdown due to visual and/or hidden faults of the components, our personnel will visit your plant and you will pay for air ticket, local travel and boarding and lodging expenses. The labour will be at our care only if such an event occurs during the guarantee period.
LEAD TIME: (currently):
Ex works Ferrara, according to Incoterms 2010, 5 months from receipt of: offer countersigned for approval, contract down payment, and customer’s technical specifications which include the following (profile drawing per fax as well as DXF or DWG file, definitive countersigned profile drawing per fax , technical sheets duly filled in.We can be ready to commence running tests in the presence of your technician here in Ferrara, Italy during February 2012 subject to receipt of your purchase order by Week 47 of 2011 and receipt of samples before the end of the year.PACKAGING, TRANSPORT AND INSURANCE:
At our care, at your expense.SHIPMENT OF THE SAMPLES REQUIRED FOR PRE-DELIVERY TESTS: At your expense. To endure thorough testing, 2000 profiles will be required. These should be packed in such a way as to avoid damage and warping (perhaps small packets each containing 50 profiles).PAYMENT:
40% with the order
60% after the internal commissioning in your presence and the related signing of the acceptance protocol, before shipment;
GUARANTEE
The guarantee starts from the date of the shipment document of the goods and is to be considered valid only for visual and/or hidden faults of the components and not for damage caused from a bad use or poor maintenance of the machine/s supplied. Warranty duration: 12 months on mechanical components, 6 months on pneumatic, electric, electronic components and wear and tear parts (punch tool set dies and punches). The labour that should be necessary to replace the above mentioned components is not covered through the guarantee.OFFER VALIDITY:
