This “Dia-Sharp” is sintered diamond point which is made from powdered metails blended with diamond.
The strong points of this product are :
- Dia-Sharp is well blended bonding materials with diamond, it can be used up to the core with good sharpness.
- Comparing with electrocoated diamond burs, Dia-Sharp have long durability and expects long lasting sharpnes.
- 10 kinds of different shapes and 4 kinds of roughness (M, MF, P, PF)
- Usage : roughness M - metals (medium), MF - metals (fine), P - Ceramic (PFM, Emax), PF - Zirconia
- With usage of the dedicated dressing stone, good sharpness maintains even longer

Since our establishment in 1974, we have continued to introduce new tools and machinery never before seen in the dental industry. Customer satisfaction is most important to us, and we put our efforts into developing products that would satisfy our customers 5 years from now by always creating an image of the industry 10 years from now, as well as think of ways in which our technology could be useful in other industries.
Our products are well thought out to contribute to workload reduction and time saving, and one of our goals is for our products to become "tools that make your work more enjoyable" by helping ease the stress of polishing work.
In 2015, we received the 'NISHINOMIYA TECH PRIZE' for superior companies using technology, from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Nishinomiya City, which is where our head office is located. With this award, we felt it is our mission to make our company even better by further working on improving quality and productivity.
A craftsman who creates tools for craftsmen
The rubber grinding wheel with diamonds that we developed in 1975 for dentists is not only sold in Japan, but is exported to more than 6 countries worldwide.
Through our 40 years of manufacture and sales we have acquired trust and stability, but with the spirit to make further inquiries we have recently established new technology that is now being used in manufacturing and in robot arms.
Even with the recent price-cutting competition around polishing/grinding material, we take pride in work as craftsmen who create tools for craftsmen, in providing products made in Japan with the added value of contributing to workload reduction and time saving.
