Q:Why choose bamboo?
A: Bamboo is known to be environmentally friendly, harder and more beautiful than regular wood.

Q:How to get a sample?
A: Sample order is acceptable. Please contact with us and confirm what sample you need.

Q: How do you guarantee the quality?
A: We are located in Fujian Province of China, which is well known of "Hometown of Bamboo". We use 4 years old bamboo which guarantee the quality of the raw material. Besides, 100% inspection is executed from raw material to product before packing.

Q:What is your payment terms?
A: T/T at sight, LC, 30% deposit before production, balance 70% against B/L copy. We also accept Trade Assurance through Alibaba com.

Q:What about the leading time?
A:In general, the leading time is about 45 to 60 days. It is largely depending on the type and quantity. Please confirm with us again when you place the order.

Q:How about the packing and shipping?
A:.Normaly, all the products would be wrapped with plastic film to avoid moisture and damage on the surface. Than different carton box were used for packaging, depending on the requirement of the customer. For ocean shipment, we might also use wooden pallet for
convenient loading or down loading. Customized logo and package is also acceptable.

Q:Can I have our own logo on the products?
