Q1:Why are your products expensive than others?
A:They differ in the power they can provide. Our products are much more powerful than others, our power station can support up to MAX 6000W products. Such as electric welders, chainsaws,Water heater. Others may only can support 100W to 1000W. Overall, this product can completely replace the diesel generator.
Q2: What is the lead time for mass production?
A: It depends on the actual situation: If with stock, the lead time will be 7~10days. If without stock, that will depend on your order quantity, usually within 15-20 days
Q3: Is it safe to keep it inside a car for storage? Or will it get too hot or cold inside a car?
A: If you go outdoors with car,you can keep it in car with you.please don't keep it inside a car for storage for so long time.especially the weather is so hot.
Q4: If i just buy one sample, can you give me the sample without logo or print our logo?
A: Yes, we can provide, if you need the sample without any logo, we can send neutral sample to you directly. But If you want OEM, you need pay for the customized fee about USD 400.
Q5:Can you use my fedex or DHL account directly to send me products?
A: Sorry,we have tried before, but they cannot transport high capacity lithium batteries. So we take send the goods by HK special routes.
