Products Description

Working Principles
The conveyor belt dryer is a continuous drying equipment, and the raw materials are carried out on a ventilated conveyor belt. The wet material is evenly transported through the belt conveyor feed system to the top layer of the drying belt, and the moving drying belt transports the wet material to the other end and drops onto the underlying drying belt. At the same time, hot air will be blown evenly through the bottom air distributor into the dryer. With the exhaust fan, the hot air transfers heat through the wet material on each layer of the drying belt and carries away the evaporated water. When the wet material reaches the bottom drying belt, it will be dried to be discharged.
