trainees to stabilize hand movement for spraying uniform layer of paint in an immersive
environment. based on the computer generated result the score of the trainee is monitored and
improvement is understood. The result is in the form of graph for better understanding and analysis.

SPRAY PAINTING SIMULATOR FEATURES

17.Result display:
After the spraying process has been completed, the trainee is able to see the result page. The result page displays the graph of travel angle, distance between the gun and screen, vertical angle, and speed of spraying. It also evaluates a sprayin tensity graph. If the area of object has very thick spray coat, then the area is indicated in RED. If the area of object has not too thick and not too thin coat thickness, then the area is displayed in GREEN. If the area of object has a very thin coat, it is displayed in BLUE. This graphical representation will help the trainee to understand the mistakes and improve their spraying skills with practice. The result page also evaluates other spraying parameters such as paintflow(in%), airp ressure(inPa), area of fan(in%).
