2. The main filter material is polypropylene meltblown cloth, which is a kind of ultra-fine electrostatic fiber cloth. Due to the electrostatic effect, it can capture dust. After the droplets containing various viruses are close to the polypropylene meltblown cloth, they can be adsorbed on the meltblown cloth The surface cannot penetrate. Suitable for flat mask meltblown filtration levels are: ordinary, BFE95 (95% filtration efficiency), BFE99 (99% filtration efficiency), VFE95 (99% filtration efficiency), PFE95 (99% filtration efficiency), KN90 (90% filtration efficiency ). Melt-blown cloth is generally selected with a weight of 20 grams. The higher the weight, the better the protective filtering effect. The N95 uses 40 grams or even higher. Of course, if there are too many layers of non-woven fabric, the mask will be relatively hard, while if there are too many layers of meltblown, it will be difficult to breathe.
