1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer, specialized in precision custom-made mechanical parts.
2. How can I get a quote from your company?
We can quote in 1~2 working days. In order to quote you ASAP, we need the following information:
a) Detailed 2D and 3D drawings (Format: CAD/DWG/PDF/STEP/IGES);
b) Material;
c) Surface treatment;
d) Quantity;
e) Special requirements, if any.
3. Can you do prototype or sample?
Yes. If no production order, we will charge for a prototype or sample, however this charge, can be deducted from value of production order.
4. How long is your production lead time?
It depends on the quantity and product. Normally it takes 3~4 weeks, after approval of sample.
5. What’s your MOQ?
There is no MOQ, we can make one piece if the price is reasonable.
6. How about, your after sales service?
You can reach our sales, by email or phone at any time, we are always there to solve problems. We have a partner office in Germany.
7. What if the drawing is not available?
We can offer a design service, however we need to know your detailed requirements.
8. We need to keep our drawings secret, can we sign a NDA?
