This mixture is packaged in small containers and immediately ready for use (can be heated to the desired temperature). Using ready-made mashed potatoes from different vegetables, fruits and their combinations, it is possible to balance the child’s nutrition, make it tasty and healthy.
Main types:
Vegetable Chopped vegetables without added salt and preservatives. The first vegetable purees that give the baby should be a mixture of zucchini, broccoli and cauliflower, then - containing carrots and potatoes.
Fruit. The first introduced single-component non-allergenic types, then - multi-component.
Berry. Such baby puree should be introduced gradually, not earlier than 7 months, starting with currants.
Meat and fish. The introduction of meat puree begins after a vegetable and fruit, fish - not earlier than 9 months, for children with allergies strictly on the recommendation of a pediatrician
Combined. They combine different vegetables, vegetables with meat, different types of fruits.
Composition. In the puree for children should include only vegetables, fruits or other natural ingredients, no dyes, preservatives, salt, sugar.
Features of choice. The composition may include one component or several. For babies from 6 months it is recommended to use one-component vegetable purees, for babies from 9 months - with meat or fish components
