Packaging & Shipping
Packing:For most of pulses and seeds like mung bean, kidney bean and sunflower seed, we will arrange 25kg PP bag or gunny bag; while for some kernels like blanched peanut and pumpkin seed kernel, we will arrange 12.5*2 vacuum bag in a carton; also it can be customized based on your requirements.
Delivery Time:Usually delivery time is about 15 days after receipt of 30% advance payment. And it also depends on the certificates you need. Such as CERTIFICATE FOR THE import OF SEEDS INTENDED FOR THE PRODUCTION OF SPROUTS(for sprouting beans delivered to Europe) and HEALTH CERTIFICATE, they will take longer.

Q1:How Can I Track My Order?
A1:We will enable you to receive accurate data on the status of your order anytime. After loading the cargoes, we will email you with the Shipping Advice as an attachment, where you could find the B/L No., ETA, ETD etc.. Also when the vessel arrived at your destination port, we will also update for you.
Q2:Can I Inspect My Goods Before Delivery?
A2:Of course yes! Pre-shipment sample of each single container could be provided before shipment to your end based on your requirements. And also if you have some demand on microbiological detection, we could arrange it tested by component authorities.
Q3:How Can I Get Some Sample?
A3:We are honored to offer you free sample(usually about 500g). New clients are expected to pay for the carriage. So inform us your express account for freight collect. Or we could send you the samples by FedEx, DHL, EMS etc. after you pay the freight.
Q4:Is There A Minimum Order Quantity?
A4:Yes. Usually our MOQ is one full container. And the specific quantity is based on the pulses, seeds, kernels or peanuts you choose. Moreover, if you could accept high cost based on small quantity, everything is possible.
Q:How Do You Differentiate The Size Of Mung Bean?
A: There are usually 2 common size, 3.6mm and 3.8mm. It depends on sifter chosen while processing. We usually choose long shape sifter to do separation to make sure stable and bigger size.
