Hen egg albumen of fresh shell eggs.
APPLICATION
Surimi, meat products, nougat, confectionery, bakery products.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USAGE
1 part egg white powder to 7 parts water.
For best result it’s recommended to mix egg white powder with other dry ingredients and add water.
1 kg of product is equal to 316 fresh egg whites of average-sized eggs.
