²Washing: the materials (the mixture of down and feather) to be washed in a tempreture not
²lower than 70°C for 60minutes, then to be washed in cold water for 90 minutes 9 times,
²so that the cleanliness will get to 1000.
²Dehydration
²Drying and high-temperature anti-virus: to be dried and sterilized in a steam-dryer at a
²steam-temperature of 120 degrees centigrade for at least 30 minutes.
²Cooling: to be cooled down and theimpurities removed.
²Classification:separate the down cluster from down fibre and feather fibre.
