Q: If we need price, which detail should we sent to you?

Q: Can I split my order into different designs?
A:Yes, but the amount for a single design should be reaching to a quantity.
Q: Is there a price difference for 2 Color vs. 4 Color?
A: there is no price difference. The reason we can offer such a good rate
is that we print 4 color CMYK gang runs, so there’s no difference if your
design uses 1 or 10 colors
Q: How do I set up my file?
A: Remember to design your file in CMYK at 300 and 100% print size. Include any
special instructions in a separate file or separate layer. And don’t forget the bleed
and safety areas. Indicate die lines, and kiss cuts on separate layers.
Q: What is a bleed?
A: Artwork must bleed an 1/8” beyond the size on all sides. A bleed does not count
towards your final size- you do not pay for a bleed because it is cut off. As an
example, if your size is 4” * 4” then the file you submit should be 4.25” * 4.25”.
Q: Do you offer custom printing (Pantone colors, etc)?
A: Yes we do, but in general custom runs
Q: What's your warranty policy?
A: For all the products, we have one-year warranty. All of our goods are 100% tested working before sent to you. In case there are unexpected damages during delivery, please do check before you sign for the package.Q: What's your minimum order quantity?
A: Our MOQ is not the same based on different items. Small orders are also welcome, but the unit price is also difference from wholesale price.Q: What package do you use for the products?
A: Usually we have professional retail package for the products. Customized package are also available based on certain MOQ.Q: How about the payment term?
