Product Structure
There are 3 layers in this waterproof TPU coated 600D polyester cationic fabric.
The first layer is PU coating and the bottom layer is TPU coated. They make the fabric waterproof and weldable.
The middle one is basic fabric. It’s 600D polyester oxford fabric with good tearing strength and tensile strength.
Application
This waterproof TPU Coated 600D Polyester cationic oxford fabric is the most fashionable material for TPU cooler, and it could be also widely used in waterproof bags, outdoor backpack, bicycle bags, map case,Ipad case,Phone case,water tank, water bucket, water bladder, dry bags, storage bag, airbag… etc.

Production Flow
Step1) Raw material inspection. All the basic fabric will be checked by quality inspector before manufacturing.
Step2) TPU laminated. During the mass production, our workers would pay attention to the product quality control all the time.
Step3) Package. When the workers package the finished fabric , they inspect every meter of the mass production.
Step4)Delivery.
