Goldiva GW300Z high speed cold chamber die casting machine for ultra-thin parts die-castings, is a special model developed for aluminum-magnesium alloy ultra-thin parts die casting industry.



For plate die casting and other markets, this model is based on Japanese standards and the configuration requirements of magnesium alloy die casting are standard.


This model has a leading position in China in terms of production efficiency, injection performance, stability, and accuracy.

New generation high speed die casting machine 1. High performance dynamic response and fast running speed.
The shortest cycle from the mold opening to completion of the empty cycle is about 6.7S, and the production efficiency is increased by 10% to 15%.2. The repetitive accuracy of opening and closing the mold at any position is within 1mm, which is more stable and accurate.
The reason is that it is equipped with accurate slope control, and the proportional valve output linearly decreases. The efficiency is further improved and is at the leading level in China.
