It can auto finish a serious of process such as convey, bottle count,location,filling and output ect. It is suitable to fill liquid and high viscosity material. This filling machine is straight line structure,with servo drive, volumetric metering filling to keep high precise on filling measurement.
It is easy to operate because of using PLC to control,touch-type interface.

Description of piston filling accuracy control
1.Set all and single bottle measurement on the touch screen.

2.The piston cylinder have error, it will affect the filling error in actual production.

3.The machine control all piston rods up and down at the same time by one motor.

4.For example: set the pulse is 800P on the touch screen, after all triple valves switch,
filling motor and beam work done, all piston’s working stroke is same, but No.1 bottle is 800ml, No.2 bottle may is 805ml (more 5ml compared with No.1).At the moment ,we should adjust No2 filling head, set pulse is 795P.Then restarting , beam work on 795P, No2 triple valve switch. Beam work on 800P, No.1 triple valve switch. And so on, it will work on max pulse we set, then filling motor reverse, back to original position.


Advantage :The filling accuracy has little to do with the motor itself, mainly depending on the encoder (for pulse counting) and the three-way valve. Low failure rate and accurate measurement.

All doors are equipped with photoelectric sensor, machine will alarm and stop when emergency open. This can ensure operation safe.
