All products are firstly packed in airbags, then place into foam boxes,delivery cartons,which properly prevents the parts scratching each other.For screws and bolts, strikes, they are properly packed in a polybag and delivered with each lock. The inner boxes are separated from each other to avoid rubbing.The shape of the box is designed in rectangle. As we have more than 10 years hotel lock experiences, this kind of packing is good for transportation, storage. For more details, please refer below pictures.

Our period of warranty is two years.All the spare part is free during the period, if it is really something wrong with your products we can not solve it, we will ask the customers to send the bad lock back and change a good one to them for free.
4). Is your software free and easy to use?
Our software is free and we have manual to teach you how to use. Besides, we provided consistent support after sales, Any questions or problem can contact with us freely.
5). Can you connect your system to PMS system?
Yes. Generally, all the software can be connected to each other.Either PMS system supplier or we can make a bridge software to connect the two. For some famous PMS brand such as Fidelio Operator, we have existing bridge software in Fidelio database.
6). What's the lead time and can produce with my brands?
For the sample, it's about 3 working days. For mass order: it's about 15-20 working days. Absolutely, we offer OEM/ODM orders and it may cost extra and take longer time to deliver.
7). What's the MOQ and if can send sample to have a test?
MOQ is 10 sets and we can send you sample to have a test.
8). How do I pay for my purchase?
We accept the following payment methods: T/T, Paypal, Western union, cash and so on. Usually 30% T/T in advance, and balance before shipping. We can also accept Western Union and Paypal for small amount.
