4.How to Measure Your Heart rate & ECG?
1.Wear the bracelet on your wrist and touch the screen to turn it on.Screen will turn off if 8 seconds no operation.To measure your heart rate, please make sure the display is on.
2.The moment you are pressing with two fingers on the aluminum on the sides of the touchscreen, the tracker starts with a measurement of the heart rate.
See the picture below where you need to press.
Hold the ends until there appear four hearts. Then follows the indicator measuring the heart rate.


The Heart Rate value will show immediately on the OLED display and then you can check the ECG graphic on the app side.

Q1: How accurate of J-Style Heart Rate?
A1:Different from most of the competitors, we write our algorithm by ourselves. When we tune our algorithm for Heart rate accuracy, we compared it with big brand on market and also compared with the medical devices used in the hospital.
Q2: How to Measure the Heart Rate?
A2: Due to the characteristics of the optical sensor, the user has to wear very tightly to get the very accurate heart rate result. Go to the Heart Rate Display and long press to enter into heart Rate mode, then the device will measure your heart rate continuously.

A3:Different heart rate in exercise means different train intensity.
For example, warming up is good for for burning fat. Aerobics is great for your cardiovascular system.
