The vacuum mattress and splint package provides fast, effective and comfortable immobilization by molding to the contours of the patient’s body.
Evenly distributed spinal support reduces pressure point tenderness and minimizes rehabilitation time. It contains 3 main parts:
surface TPU material, multi-chamber with polystyrene beads and the webbing straps & buckles.
The surface material is polyester or polyether TPU according to the purpose and application. Normally,
we use polyester for vacuum mattress and splints, and polyether for some of the surgical mattress and inflatable vacuum splint.
Padding we call it the fast-shaping chamber system, it is sewing by anti-static non-woven fabric and fill with 0.5-2mm polystyrene beads,
then welding the surface TPU material by the high frequency melting&sealing machine.

Product Uses
Easy operation:
1. Lay the vacuum mattress & splint out on a flat surface near the patient. If the splint was semi-rigid, open the valve at the foot end,
allowing air to enter. Keep the valve open until the splint softens and begin to confirm to the shape on the patient.
2. Find out the matched color strap and plug all the buckles.
3. Make sure the valve is closed before extraction.
4. Connect the pump to the valve, evacuate enough air to make the splint semi-rigid,the mattress and splint will shaped according to the body shape.
5. Tighten the strap necessary if there is large interstices or release it when patient feel too cramped by adjusting the straps and buckles when larger interstices.
Evacuate the air from the splint by pump.Release any vacuum in the splint until it is pliable.

The density of the polystyrene beads that have been optimized in order to guarantee good thermal isolation and to reduce the loss of the heat from the patient.
2. The patented multi-chambers with the polystyrene beads cross docking keeps the splints in the right position ,
and beads won’t pile up after suction. The whole mattress is quite smooth, but not dimpled; don’t need extra pave, this makes quick and
easy application even in confined areas even not on a flat surface, makes application easy and fast.
3. The surface TPU material which is durable, abrasion and puncture resistant. TPU is right material for medical instrument,
which is Environmental and has good weather ability can be use under the extreme condition +80-~-40.c Some other company use the PVC which is forbidden used in some European countries.
For the mattress, the outside use the double red layer TPU,which has two layers of TPU plus one layer fabric between them. this special top is more durable,
abrasion and puncture resistant. Moreover, We have double layer options for the blue surface facing the patient.
4. attachment handle devise &high quality removable buckles. buckles can be adjust the position according to user’s request for there are attached more joints.
All the rubber hanldes are easy to clean and heavy duty. All matresss and splints are come with side-release buckle straps or velcro.
5.Fast move and colorful webbing strap
We use the good quality webbing. The colors of each strap on one side are different. But there are corresponding color straps on the other side.
In use, jut buckle the same color straps between two side. So it is very helpful to the user to do it correctly.
6. X-ray, CT & MRI compatible
7. More than 72 hours vacuum guarantee. With big wide-caliber valve is easy to use even when wearing gloves.
This allows the pump works faster and more efficiently than Maxi valve. It closed automatically when suction stops , preventing loss of vacuum if slipping with the pump, has excellent keep vacuum performance.
