OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Plugin the elliptical.
2. Press the Power button to turn on the power.
Power: The Elliptical will be available to work or stop
Mode:
Auto Exercise Mode
(1) Press the P button once for P1 Mode (Green Light)
(2) Twice for P2 Mode (Blue Light)
(3) Three times for P3 Mode (Red Light)
The pedals will rotate at a different speed and direction on different Auto Models.
On this Auto Model, Speed and Direction cannot be adjusted
Manual Exercise Mode:
When pressing the Power button. Elliptical will work as a manual mode with default sped.
press speed button once (green light). Slow speed
press speed button twice (blue light). Moderate Speed
press speed button three times (red light). Active Speed
press speed button four times (purple light). Default Speed
Press the direction button (green light) to change the rotating direction.
Elliptical Trainer Bike Feature:
Adaptations for this machine have been for under the desk at work, besides the desk for standing exercises, and for seated during leisure times like watching the television.
Using an elliptical will help the blood to pump through your legs to keep you alert and burn calories while you are seated during other tasks.

1. When machine stop and Mode is selected,
Panel: Press the Power button to start or Power again to stop.

2. When the machine is working and Mode is selected, the machine will take 3 seconds to start.

What’s the order procedure?
First, we discuss order details, production details by email, or TradeManager. Then we issue you a PI for your /confirm/iation. You will be requested to do prepaid full payment or deposit before we go into production.
After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 30-45 days if we don’t have the items in stock.
Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After the payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
