(1) We mill the dye powder to very fine granula, the fineness is less than 4um. The ink can print out very fine and clear image and gradual color.

Use DetailsUse method:
In normal condition, use the ink on offset printing machine directly. Or you can add 50-60g varnish per kilo ink to adjust the liquidity. The chemical for normal offset printing also can be available, to adjust the ink attribution.step 1: design the image on computer.
step 2: print the image on paper by offset printer.
step 3: Heat transfer print to dye the image on fabric by heat press machine.
Heat transfer printing parameters:
1. The following parameters are for your reference.
2. According to your actual printing result, increase or reduce heat transfer printing temperature and time.
3. Some materials need sublimation coating before dying, for example ceramic, metal, pure cotton......

1) When make the PS plate for offset printing, the design should be mirror image. After transferring to fabric, the image will be right.
2) If transfer image on pure cotton, mug, metal, glass, you should spray a layer of coating on their surface before heat transfer printing.
3) The color on paper and the color on fabric are different. Because sublimation ink belongs to gas shading, so the CMYK ratio when making PS plate is different from normal offset plate-making.

FAQ
Question1: What paper can I use? It needs special paper? What gsm paper is better?
Answer1: No, normal paper is available, 70-80gsm offset paper is recommended.Question2: Your ink color is light.
Answer2: Please try to increase transfer temperature to 205-220 C degree, and prolong transfer time to 30 seconds.Question 3: Your ink color is dark.
Answer3: It's not ink quality problem, maybe you use too much ink, try to reduce ink layer thickness.
Question4: The color will change after transfer printing on fabric, what can I do?
Answer4: Yes, the color will change after trasfer printing, that's because the dyes charactoristic. You can send the picture to me, I help you to adjust the color.Question5: I don't want reddish black color.
Answer5: Yes, this SO-L series ink is not reddish black.Question6: Is it high quality ink?
