1. How can I contact to ABBACREDO?
A: Feel free to contact us through our website. Or you can send email to us abba @ abbacredo. or simply using message com once received, we will get back to you in the shortest time possible.
2.How long will I receive the quotation?
A: It’s based on the drawing and design; normally we provide the quotation in 1-3 days. Project with multiple drawings would need 7 days to quote.
3.How to get the sample? What is the sample lead time?
A: Yes, we can make the sample for you, and we charge the sample fee depending on the products, normally it takes 7-14 days to make the sample. Before the sample production, we will inform how long it takes.
4.What is the production lead time for bulk order?
A: It depends on the quantities, types, and capacity of manufactures; normally it takes 21-45 days to complete the production.
5.What type of drawing can you accept?
A: The most common file is PDF, some special structure of display racks can use Solidworks or AutoCAD.
6.Can I get quote if I do not have the drawing but I have the product size?
A: Feel free to send us all type of format even the hand draft would be fine, the most important thing we needis the dimension, please show us the length, width, height, thickness, and material. We will be happy to serve you and offer you the most competitive price.
7.Are we a trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are a manufacturer within the TACOX group, our factories are located in Shanghai and Xiamen, all the production works are handle by our factories and communication with customers are done through ABBACREDO.
8.How to make sure you do the surface treatment to my liking?
A: If you have a specific color you would like to use, please feel free to provide the Pantone, RAL or color sample to us, we will do color as specified by you. If you want to use a foreign brand which can not be obtainedlocally, we will do our best using similar color to match for you. If the color brand is not permitted to be changed, then please feel free to provide us the sources.
9.What are the powder coating colors and options?
A: Please provide the Pantone or RAL, and the gloss levels. If it’s possible, please provide us the color sample to match. If you do not have any specific requirement for the gloss levels, ABBA will suggest for you the one commonly used to prevent quantity not meeting MOQ.
10.Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: We aim to satisfy so we do not strictly require the MOQ, we will do our best to match customer’s quantities as long as the material and sizes are reasonably obtainable.
11.What is the maximum acceptable size of electroplated products?
A: ABBA can do the electroplating from the regular sizes to specific large items. Gantry plating line can do 50cm(W)x360cm(L)x165cm(H).
12.What are the payment terms?
A: Sample should pay at once. Regular invoice should pay in 30% at order with TT, the remaining 70% pay against copy of B/L. If you have any special requirement, please feel free to contact us.
13.What about packing?
A: The quotation will include the carton packing details if you need the pallets, wooden crate, or other way to pack, please info us in advance so we can quote you the package base on your requirement and arrange the shipment accurately.
14.What are the types of terms of trade?
A: Most of the terms of trade between us and our customers are FOB terms. If you need different terms of trade such as EXW, C & F, CIF, DDU, DDP, please inform us at the time of inquiry.
15.Target customers and major markets?
A: Currently, the main markets are the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and the Middle East. We sincerely look forward to collaborating with design company, shop fitter, importer, and distributor.
16.Can you attach the LED lights to the display shelf?
A: Yes, we can attach the LED or Lightbox with the display rack. If possible, please show the details in the drawing or indicate in your design what kind of LED, for example, warm color/cool white color temperature, etc. Transformer and plug can also be prepared according to the requirements of the customer's geographical location. Customers can inform in advance whether it is European, American or Australian system.
17.Can you add my logo? And what techniques are used to print my logo?
A: Yes. No matter in metal, wood, or acrylic,LOGO can be printed according to customers' needs. The LOGO can be used with different materials and has multiple presentation methods: screen printing, engraving, stamping, laser cutting or stickers. Please provide artwork to facilitate.
18.May I lighten my display cabinet?
A: As long as the product drawings or samples are provided, ABBA's engineers are happy to assist in evaluating whether to change the material board thickness, metal tube specification or structure (such as welding structure to K/D structure) to meet the customer's needs.
19.The display stand made by my previous supplier has shaken. Can you adjust it to make it non-wobbly?
A: Please provide drawings and supplement with video to show the condition. ABBA engineers will give professional evaluation and suggestions. If necessary, we are also happy to assist with proofing for testing.
20.What material need to do fumigation?
A: If the product itself or the packaging material is made of solid wood, many countries will require a fumigation certificate when importing. We can cooperate with the fumigation process and issue a certificate. There will be additional costs for fumigation treatment and certification, and our sales staff will mark the fee in the quotation in advance. To avoid extra costs for customers, we mostly use Plywood to make pallets, and wooden crates, so there is no need to do fumigation.
21.Can I ask for the originof certificate?
A: Yes. In addition to B / L, invoice and packing list shipping documents, if you need special documents to reduce import tariffs, etc., please inform the required format of the origin of certificate in advance, because the format and name of the origin certificate used in different countries will be different, depending on the FTA signed between each countries, we will prepare according to the customer's request. If there are additional costs, we will inform you in advance.
22.Do I pay the tooling fee once? Or each time?
A: The tooling cost is a one-time payment. We will quote the tooling fee separately from product cost. The renewal order won’t have the issue of tooling fee.
23.What are the advantages and disadvantages of K/D (knock down) structure and welded structure?
A: The advantage of K/D is that it can save volume and disperse product packaging weight, easy to handle and save transportation freight, but customers need to assemble it after receiving the goods. The welded structure is usually relatively stable. If the product size is large, it is necessary to strengthen the packaging and use pallets or wooden boxes to move it. The packaging cost will increase, and it will easily cause space loss in the cabinet and increase transportation costs. However, customers can use it directly after receiving the goods, saving assembly time and labor costs. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages, depending on the priorities of the customers, we will fully cooperate.
24.What to do when I receive defective products?
A: Please provide photos or video to our sales representative and explain the cause and quantity of the defective product. The ABBA team will first use the photos or video to determine whether the cause is the product itself, collision encountered during transportation, or improper assembly. After clarifying the issues, we will discuss the solution with customers.
25.How does ABBACREDO decide whether to produce in Shanghai or Xiamen?
A: Unless the customer specifies the port of production and shipment, for example: need to merge goods or cooperate with the location of your branch. ABBA will assess the number of customers' orders and the lead time to flexibly allocate production locations.
