PA66 glass fiber thermal break strips production lineThis production line is specially developed for the production of high quality PA66 glass fiber heat insulation strip for bridge broken aluminum alloy.
The production line is the latest European extrusion process. The extruder adopts the screw structure specially used for PA66 and glass fiber composite, with good plasticizing effect and more uniform arrangement of glass fiber inside the heat insulation strip, ensuring the strength performance of the heat insulation strip.

The mold is a multi cavity cold extrusion type, which is not the traditional water cooling and vacuum setting. The size of the product is more stable, and there is no cooling shrinkage.

The traction machine adopts duplex synchronous continuous traction to ensure that the speed and quality of each product extruded from multiple cavities are the same.Machine composition
