The plastic recycling granulator machine is suitable for the granulation of agricultural film, PE packaging film, production scrap PE film, PP packaging bags, PP tons bags etc.

The working principle of the granulator is the raw material is transported to the compression bin through the conveyor belt, and the rotating cutter head in the compression bin breaks the film or bags, and the self-friction heat is generated under high-speed shear. The broken flakes material will become irregular particles, and the particles are transported to the extruder through the specially designed flow channel in the compression bin. The particles are extruded after high temperature melting of the extruder, and the extruded melt is filtered by the screen changer and then enters the water ring granulation cutting mold. The pelletizing die is water ring type, and the pelletizing speed is controlled by frequency conversion.









Vertical centrifugal dehydrator
The dehydrator is used for the first stage of dehydration and drying, and separating some debris produced during granulation.






Vibrating screen

The vibrating screen adopts a double-layer structure, which can screen out plastic granules larger than the screen, and carry out secondary dehydration while vibrating.






Silo
