Q: about HEPA filter lifetime
A: The lifetime will vary depending on the hours of usage, air quality and location of the air purifier. Normally the filter will need to be replaced semiannually. Clean the dust and contaminants with vacuum cleaner or hair dryer(cool air) and dry it out in the sun for 3 hours to maintain the best purifying effect.Q: Are you a factory?

A: Our catalogue shows most of our products, but not all. So just let us know what product you need and how many you want. If we do not have it, we can also design and make a new mould to produce it.
