This machine is mainly used for the semi-automatic forming of flat masks: the whole roll of fabric is driven by rollers after unwinding, and the fabric is automatically folded and hemmed; the entire length of the nose bridge is pulled and unrolled, cut tolength and then imported into the hemmed fabric.
Semi-Automatic Carding Machines speeds up the face mask prodcution and improve the protective mask demands. The face Carding Machine can produce 120-150 pcs per minutes, and the Ear Line Welding Machines can work 100pcs per minute, in this case we advise to purchase 1 set carding machine plus 2 sets Ear Line Welding machines, Which enhances the whole prodcution speed to meet your demands.
