Mechanical characteristics1. Automatic tension control of raw materials. Ensure balanced raw material tension. 
2. Photoelectric detection of raw materials to avoid mistakes and reduce waste. 
3. It can produce one to four layers of mask body, and the length of the plane of the finished product conveyor belt is 1200MM.
 4. The machine has the functions of total counting and batch counting, and the number of batch counting can be set arbitrarily.
 5. Replacing the mold can produce masks of different sizes and different styles. 
6. The whole machine adopts aluminum alloy structure, which is beautiful and firm without r ust.
Automatic face mask machine (mask body) manual feeding → automatic feeding of ear straps → ultrasonic ear strap welding → non-woven fabric side band feeding and wrapping → ultrasonic side band welding → side band cutting → finished product output → counting → finished product stacking → Sent out by conveyor belt device.
