The Albini Energia waxing device allows the yarns to be impregnated with wax during the warping process, ensuring an excellent performance in weaving.
Detailed ImagesHow does it work
• The dosing pump sends the wax to the steel tray.
• The cylinder collects the wax on the surface and, by rotating, allows the yarn to be impregnated.
• The excess wax is recovered in the stainless steel tank in order to avoid waste and in order to reduce wax consumption.
• The inverter drives the gearmotor and the cylinder motor at a speed proportional to the warping reel, ensuring the required wax absorption.
