Packing & Delivery
Step 1. Wrap the window corner with hard and thick corrugated board, tightened with protection film .
Step 2. Put on iron steel pallets which can load 2.0 T goods and with about 10-15 units of doors & windows
Step 3. All goods be fixed by steel bar with screws one by one to the iron pallets, insure the unshakable the whole pallet. Wrap the whole pallet with protection film to avoid water and dust.
Step 4. Use folk lift to load the goods into the container, insert pallet space with air bags to ensure the 100% safe transportation. Container loading process with careful inspection.

R: 1 metric ton for each model
2. Q: What's your payment term?
R: 30%deposit,70% before Delivery 
3.Q: Can you provide samples?
R: Yes, we can send you samples according to you needs.
4. Q: Can you do OEM, how about the mould cost?
R: OEM is welcomed. The mould cost varies from USD200 to USD500 per set, we don't charge any fee if your order qty is more than 5 tons (10 tons for curtain wall and industry profiles). We can alse ODM for you . 
5. Q: Do the price of all the colors are the same with the same surface treatment?
R: Not yet, for powder coating ,the bright-colored will cost higher than white or gray;
For Anodizing, colorful will higher than silver, black higher than colorful.
6.Q: Does the price of Curtain Wall and Industry aluminum profile the same with windows and doors?
R: The price of Curtain Wall and Industry aluminum profile is a little higher than usual models of window&doors. Bcz the thickness and structure is different, adding production difficulty and raw material rejection rate.
7.Q: What are the main market of your products?
R: Our main market are Asia, America, Africa and Europe
8.Q: Which way you calculate the weight?
R: Both theoretical weight and actual weight according to clients requirement.
9.Q:How long can you produce?
R: Length of the profile: 3-6.7m for the anodized profile; 2-7.8m for the powder coated profile;
10: Q:what is your promiss about the profile quality?
R: Quality guarantee: anodized:25 years no colour changing, 50 years no anodized film fall off.
powder coated: 10 years no colour changing, 50 years no powder film fall off.
11. Q:Can you do deep procee on the profile?
R: Yes, we usually produce windows and doors in quantity, welding, milling,cutting and drilling etc. all is ok.
12. Q:Do you provide accessories?
R: We provide all the accessories for you in two ways, we produce and buy. we have one silicon company, we can give you the best price and qualified silicons. we can also provide the machines for making windows.
13. Q:Can you provide trainning in making windows of our workers?
R: Yes,we can train your workers to produce windows and door free for all at our company.
14. Q:Is your price can be lowered when the quanty is bigger?
R: If your order is over 100 tons at once, it can be talked about.
15: Q:How to visit your factory?
