Production Process
In order to improve the product quality and stability, and shorten the production time, we built our mould factory with advanced technology and equipment.
We have 106 extrsion lines to ensure annual capacity above 550000 tons. Extrusion machine is controlled with computer, equipped with automatic traction machine,  extruded aluminium profile with uniform texture and good surface. Extrusion machines range from 600 ton to 7500 ton.

Anodizing is basic surface treatment for good protection. Electrophoresis makes aluminium profile more beautiful and more durable. We have 6 anodizing lines and 8 electrophoresis lines.
We have 29 powder coating lines and 5 fluorocarbon coating lines. 
Common powder coating is a comfortable surface treatment with various colour. 
Fluorocarbon coating ( PVDF Coating ) is more perfect surface treatment, its weather resistance is above 10 years. 
Our thermal break including using nylon thermal barrier strip ( PA66 ) and injecting glue. PA66 are all domestic and foreign famous brands to keep nice thermal break performance.
Wood Grained combines classical and modern style, much closer to nature. Wood grain technology includes transfer paper printing, solid wood grain transfer printing, shavings wood grain, 3D wood grain, 4D wood grain and so on.Packaging

1 Where your factory locates?
     Our factory locates inShandong China, we can pick you up from Qingdao, Jinan Air port and Weifang .2 What is your minimum order quantity?
     Minimum order quantity is 5000 KGS. 3 What is your standard time to develop the new dies?
   For normal size sections, we take about 7 – 10 days to fabricate the dies and 2 days for extruding & testing.    We can present the qualified extrusion samples in about 12 -15 days. 

4 What is your lead time for production?
     We can complete the orders of mill finish in about 10 days, powder coated /anodized in 15 to 20 days.
     The shipment can be done within 25 days.
5. How can I know the quality as you said ? 
     Certificate , The experts , the samples send to you or you can come Factory to test it .
