Cacao Nibs: Harvest, Fermentation, Selection,
Sorting, Toasting, Chilled, Peeled, Match, selected, vacuum sealed.
Yacon Syrup: Harvesting, washing, peeling, juice extraction, juice filtration, juice concentration evaporation, syrup filtration, and a small percentage of Panela .
PROPERTIES :

YACON SYRUP

o Stimulates the growth of the intestinal flora (prebiotic).
o It is calorie free, so they are recommended in weight control diets.
o Inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria (E.Coli, Listeria, Shigella, Salmonella).
o It is tolerated by people with diabetes and ideal for hypoglycemics. It benefits both because it tends to regulate insulin levels.
o Decrease cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
o It increases the absorption of calcium and magnesium.
o Facilitates bowel motility (recommended for people with constipation).
