Semi-automatic mask machine
The fabric used to make masks is usually non-woven and meltblown fabric (a more thin non-woven fabric), so the ultrasonic fusion process can be used in the mask making.
At first the Nonwoven fabrics should be laminated (usually three layers, the middle layer is a dense layer of meltblown fabric), and then multi-layered nonwovens need to be stitched together with ultrasonic sewing machines. When the main body of the mask is sewn, the ear band can be welded with an ultrasonic spot welding machine.
