SF series semi-auto laminating machine is designed and manufactured elaborately based on the combination of intertional advanced technology and 20 years of manufacturing experience. All the main components adopt the international noted brands. The electrical and pneumatic devices are contralled by PLC system,
easy to operate. The operator can realize both laminating and separating processes at the same
time as long as the size of workable paper is input on the text screen.

· Huichuan frequency converter is equipped for infinitely variable speed, and the operator can change the machine's speed easily and ensure the machine's running stable.
· One-piece construction design makes the machine run more stably, and lengthens the machine's lifetime.
·Magnetic regulating plate can be adjusted easily to regulate manual paper feeding.
· Diameter 320mm High precision of chrome plated heating roller is equipped with built-in oil heating system, which has excellent performance to temperature control. The laminating temperature is adjustable upon applications.
· Hydraulic pressuring system provides big and steady pressure to guarantee good laminating quality.
· Air expansion shaft releases film, and precisionizes film release, and also makes the loading and unloading of film roll more convenient.
· The combination of air expansion shaft and braking device can adjust film release tension and speed.
· Film cutter cuts film width to make it meet paper size. The cut film is left on the film release spindle.
· Film perforating wheel perforates film edge for the automatic cut of laminated paper.
· Anti-curvature device: when going through anti-curature device, the laminated paper shall be leveled at conce and wont curve again after cut.
· Pneumatic cutting system realizes automatic paper cut as long as the operator inputs the wirkablepaper size on the text screen.The cut paper is sent to paper receiving table. And the table height is adjustable upon applications.

Our Services
During the period of quality guarantee, we supply the spare parts in free for replacement, in case of quality problem.
Seller provides a 12-month guarantee period. After the guarantee, seller shall still provide technical support to buyer.

Seller can arrange operation training in Seller’s factory; or that if Buyer requires seller to send technicians to Buyer’s factory for installation and training, Buyer shall pay visa applying cost, round air ticket, accommodation and daily salary $100/person upon final /confirm/iation.
Packaging & Shipping
Adopts moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging which is suitable for long-distance road transportation and various types of weather conditions.
Within 30 days after payment of deposit.
Seller shall deliver equipment at its factory and may arrange transportation for Buyer but freight shall be for Buyer’s account.
30% deposit by T/T upon final /confirm/iation; balance by T/T before shipment; or 100%L/C. (We accept L/C only under the condition that the total amount is more than $50000.00. After completion, buyer shall come to seller’s factory to check and inspect.
