Re: For the stock samples,it takes 4-5 working days.
For the customized product, it takes about 7-12 days after the design /confirm/ied.

4.How long is the production lead time?
Re: Generally it takes about 25-35 days for large quantity.
And we also have enough stock units for the small order to be shipped out in about 4-5 days.

5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
Re: We have our own design team in office.So you can provide JPG,AI,CDR or PDF and etc.
We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final /confirm/iation.

6.How many colors are available?
Re: We match colors with Pantone Matching System.
Pls just inform us the Pantone color code you want. We will match the colors before production.

7.What about your payment term?
Re: Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposite after contract signed and 70% against copy of B/L.
