Sterilization indicator tape features
1.For reliable indication of exposure to STEAM ,FORM,GAS,EO,GAS and PLASMA chemically-treated lines change when subjected to sterilization proceed.

Sterilization indicator tape type
Pressure steam sterilization indicator tapes
Usage scope: It mainly applies to indicate whether various pressure steam sterilizer for fixing the pack and indicating whether the pack(container) has been sterilized.
Usage:Intercept proper length tape, paste it to the surface of pending sterilized package and then sterilize, in the 120 discharge steam pressure sterilizer for 20 minutes, and 3.5 minutes in 134 pre vacuum pressure sterilizer, After sterilization, pick out the package and observe the change of tape. If the color changes from light yellow to grey /black,indicate that the sterilization process meets the requirements.
Note: Don't put pressure steam sterilization indicator tape to easy formation of condensation water of metal, glass and other hard surface in direct contact, to prevent condensation water soaking, the chemical indicator tape thermal chemical dyes lose accuracy.
Storage: Away from light , corrosive gas and in 15°C~30°C, 50% relative humidity.
Validity: 24months after producing.
Autoclave sterilization tape for EO sterilization
Usage scope: This product can be used in ethylene oxide sterilization package chemical monitoring; Used to express the sterilization package is through sterilization processing, suitable for 100% EO and EO/as mixed gas sterilizer
Usage: intercept proper long tape, attach it to the pending items and observe the color changing, which indicating whether the items have passed the EO sterilization.
Note: only for chemical monitoring of EO sterilization, not for steam or dry heat sterilization monitoring.
Storage:away from light , corrosive gas and in 15°C~30°C, 50% relative humidity.
Validity:18months after producing.
Plasma sterilization instructions card
Usage scope: Indication of hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization under low temperature.
Usage:1. Intercept proper length tape, paste it to the surface of pending sterilized package and then sterilize. After sterilization, pick out the package and observe the change of tape. If the color changes to yellow from initial green,indicate that the sterilization process meets the requirements.
The sterilized items package can not close to the tank interior walls, and when putting tapes don't directly attached to the easy formation of condensation water of metal, glass and other hard surface, lest make tapes chromogenic agent lose accuracy in the sterilization process.
Note: The items to be sterilized should not be placed close to interior wall of the cabinet, the tape should not attach to the metal that is easy to form condensation and other hard surface such as glass etc, so as to avoid accuracy missing of color agent during the sterilization.
Storage: in 15°C~30°C, 50% relative humidity, away from light and corrosive gas.
Formaldehyde sterilization tape instructions
Usage scope: Sterilization monitoring of formaldehyde sterilizer.
Usage: Intercept proper length tape, paste it to the surface of pending sterilized package and then sterilize. After sterilization, pick out the package and observe the change of tape. If the color changes to light green from initial red, then the pack has been sterilized.
Note: The items to be sterilized should not be placed close to interior wall of the cabinet, the tape should not attach to the metal that is easy to form condensation and other hard surface such as glass etc, so as to avoid accuracy missing of color agent during the sterilization.
Storage: in15°C~30°C, 50% relative humidity, away from light and corrosive gas.
