POLYESTER SYNTHETIC DOWN FIBER, MICRO DOWN LIKE FIBER is micro denier polyester staple fiber developed through direct spinning technology, and its thicknessis 1/100 of one human-hair. Thus it has fantastic soft touch that can be applied to deluxe textilesor stuffs as substitute for duckdown feather.
The hollow conjugated silicon polyester staple fiber is lighter by 20% than ordinary fiber wih its hollow construction. It makes no air convenction in fiber to keep warm. It can keep body warm by wrapping warm air and isolating cold air. The fiber is light and good in warm keeping.
